There are no accounts. You cannot sign up, sign in or create a profile. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number.

When you start Show Mode, the app creates a temporary party session so your phone can act as the remote. That session holds a short pairing code, the current stage of the game, the name currently shown on screen, the song currently shown on screen, the current challenge, the round number and your chosen game rules. It also records the time the remote was last seen, so the big screen can show whether a remote is connected.

Your full player list, selected song packs and custom song list stay in the browser tab where you set them up. They are not uploaded as a list. However, the single name, song and challenge currently displayed during a round are written into the temporary party session so the phone and the big screen can show the same thing. Please avoid entering sensitive information as player names or song titles.

A party session is set to expire 12 hours after it is created. Expired sessions stop being readable and are removed when new sessions are created. Party sessions are not linked to any person and are not used after the party ends.

We measure anonymous party activity so we can understand how the product is actually used and improve it. We record simple events such as a party being created, a party being started, the show opening, a phone connecting, a song being drawn, the wheel being spun and a round being completed.

Alongside those events we may store small aggregate details: how many players were in the party, how many songs were in the pool, whether custom songs were used and how many, and which game modes were chosen for WHO, WHAT and HOW.

We do not store player names, custom song titles, custom song artists or anything else you type into the app in analytics. Events are grouped by an anonymous party identifier that is not linked to a person, an account or a device profile, and we do not try to recognise returning individuals.

The product does not include advertising or tracking cookies, and we do not use third-party tracking products. The app may use your browser's local storage only to keep the current party working during a refresh.

The app is hosted and served by Lovable. Party sessions are stored and synchronised using a Supabase database with realtime updates. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google when a page loads. These providers process technical request data such as IP addresses as part of delivering the service.

This is an early product. We are not making formal claims about regulatory compliance, absolute security, encryption guarantees or guaranteed deletion timelines. Those will be addressed with proper legal and security review before commercial launch.
